Since opening our doors in 1954, Greygates Nusery has gained a reputation for providing outstanding care for children in Muswell Hill, London.
Owned by husband and wife, Amy and Adam, and with the expertise, dedication and love of our wonderful long standing team, we strive to give every child the best start in their early years. We developed our Learn Well mission because simply put, we want to leave things better than we found them; to do good and be good. At Greygates Nursery, our wonderful team, led by Manager Marketa, combine the very best in early years learning with an environment which supports the health and well-being of every child.
I have been working in education since 2001 and have a Degree in Early Years. I have been part of the Learn Well Nursery family since 2005, starting out as a class teacher, then stepping up to Nursery Manager and since 2018, taking on the role of Area Director at Greygates Nursery,
As a mother of two, I know how special the Early Years are and how important it is that every child is given the best opportunity to play, learn and grow in a warm and supportive environment. I strongly believe in valuing each child and encouraging them to believe in themselves. We strive to support the children to become confident and independent individuals who have a passion for exploring and learning through fun and engaging activities. Thanks to the small groups in each class and the excellent teachers we have at Greygates Nursery, I feel that we are able to achieve this and to make every family feel welcomed and supported.

I have been working in early years for the past 16 years and joined Greygates Nursery in 2022. My priority is to create an environment for children to grow, explore, thrive and achieve in.
Our wonderful team and small class sizes foster a sense of belonging and strong relationships that help children feel confident and valued. I am so proud of our learning environment at Greygates Nursery, which inspires children’s natural curiosity and awe and wonder through the use of natural, open ended resources and the support of our fantastic teachers.
